We offer custom cakes for your special occasions or events that are sure to please both you and your guests. All of our round cakes are THREE layers of cake with TWO layers of filling and our sheet cakes are TWO layers of cake with ONE layer of filling. We can also flavor our cakes, using quality extracts and oils.
Please place your cake order at least one week in advance of your occasion or event. Some special orders that are more involved may require more notice.Tiered special occasion cakes fall under wedding cake prices ($4/serving).

Prices include only creamy white and creamy fudge icing along with writing and standard decorations such as swags and simple flowers. All other icings, fillings and more involved décor will incur an additional charge. There is a $1 charge to add flavor to your cake. Please call the bakery for pricing on 3D or carved cakes.

RASPBERRY KISS
Moist yellow cake filled with rich seedless raspberry and iced with our creamy white icing. Rich and delicious!

GERMAN CHOCOLATE
Light and delicious chocolate cake filled and topped with our House made filling full of pecans and coconut. Iced with creamy fudge icing and the sides covered with dark chocolate curls. Sweet and creamy! Available in all sizes.
CARROT CAKE
This one we brag about, we think it is the best around. First we peel and grate the carrots, add lots of plump raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar, you get the point. Then we fill and ice it with our house made real cream cheese icing. To top it all off we dredge the sides through toasted pecans. One worth fighting for! Available in all sizes.
LEMON DROP
Moist Yellow cake filled with our house made lemon curd and iced with our creamy white icing. Tangy sweet!

RED VELVET
A southern classic. Light and delicious chocolate cake, colored red, filled and iced with our house made real cream cheese icing. Then we dredge the sides through dark chocolate curls. A top seller! Available in all sizes.
COCONUT CREAM
Moist yellow cake with a scent of coconut filled with coconut pastry cream and toasted coconut, then iced with a lightly flavored coconut icing and covered with raw coconut. Tropical! Available in all sizes.
CHOCOLATE CONTRIVANCE
Light and delicious chocolate cake brushed with raspberry liquor, filled with white chocolate ganache then glazed with chocolate ganache. Topped off with a white chocolate Flur de leis. Rich and Decadant! Available in all sizes except a full sheet.
FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
No flour in this cake, rich chocolate, cocoa, egg, butter and sugar. Glazed with ganache and the sides covered with toasted almonds. (We are not a gluten free kitchen.) Available in 6” and 8” sizes.
KEY LIME PUCKER
Moist yellow cake filled with our house make Key Lime curd and iced with our creamy white icing. Sure to make you pucker! Available in all sizes.
SPICE CAKE (SEASONAL)
Done single layer this has all the flavors of fall, iced with our house made real cream cheese icing then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Limited time! Available in 6”, 8”,10” sizes.
RUM CAKE (SEASONAL)
Need we say more. You will NOT want to share! 10 inch bundt only, contains pecans.
BUCHE DE NOEL (YULE LOG)
A Christmas classic. Traditional vanilla role cake filled with your choice of Chocolate, Seedless Raspberry or Hazelnut. Decorated to resemble a fallen log in the wilderness. Great as a dinner table centerpiece and a treat to eat!
Available only at Christmas time!
KRIS KRINGLE
A double braided cake (actually made of bread), filled with apple and cinnamon and topped off with Red and Green sugar packaged to bring to those office and house holiday parties. Available only at Christmas!
KING CAKE (A NEW ORLEANS SPECIALITY)
A double braided cake (actually made of bread), filled with both sweetened cream cheese and seedless raspberry topped off with purple, green and gold sugars. Wrapped and ready to start a tradition. Available only at 12th night through Fat Tuesday!
APPLE CINNAMON POUND CAKE
Our house made pound cake filled with lots of apples and cinnamon. Available in a 10 inch bundt only!
GINGERBREAD CAKE
A taste of the season. Done in either a 8” or 12” square and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Available for the season or a tea, (goes great with our house-made lemon curd). Simply delicious.
