• All special orders should be placed at least one week in advance.

 

• Orders involving sculpted items, specialty décor, etc., may need to be placed two or more weeks in advance.

 

• Changes to your cake order, including size, flavors and décor will be accepted until one week prior to the due date. Changes on sculpted items, specialty décor, etc., may require more notice.

 

• All orders are final, no refunds.  If you need to cancel your order, one full week is required.  

 

• Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

 

• If you need to reschedule your order, it must be done at least seven days before originally scheduled date. Freezing instructions will be given for all orders postponed or cancelled under the seven day deadline
